Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before buying ammunition from this website.

Manufacturer’s rebates: Manufacturer’s rebate are an agreement between the customer and the manufacturer. Kimball Arms is not responsible or liable for any processing or honoring of any manufacturer’s rebate.   Please read the rebate completely before purchasing.  By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are accepting responsibility for following the terms of the manufacturer’s rebate and have already read the manufactures terms and conditions.

Returns: We do not accept returns.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. 

IMPORTANT: To purchase ammunition from this website you must agree to all of our terms and conditions. By purchasing ammunition or related self defense products from this website, you are affirming that you have checked and confirmed that it is legal for you to purchase and receive the products – this includes all local, state and federal restrictions that apply to you and/or your location. By purchasing and/or receiving products from this website, you are guaranteeing that you are in total and absolute compliance with your local, state and federal laws.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We cannot ship to the following states:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska

We cannot ship to the following cities:

  • California:  We must ship to a licensed Ammunition Vendor.  Here is a list of local FFL and AVL dealers we have on file.  If you have an FFL03 AND a COE we need both items on file, for LEO we need your credentials on file.  Please use the above FFL link to upload any other CA credentials.
  • Connecticut: Firearms ID card AND driver’s license.  Click here to upload.
  • Illinois: Firearms ID (FOID) card AND driver’s license.  Click here to upload.
  • New Jersey: Firearms ID card AND driver’s license.  Click here to upload.
  • New York: We must ship to a licensed Ammunition Vendor.  If you have an FFL03 AND a COE we need both items on file, for LEO we need your credentials on file.  Please use the above FFL link to upload any other NY credentials.
  • Failure to submit an ID within 5 days where required will result in cancellation of your order.

Age restrictions:

Rifle Ammunition – 18 years or older Handgun Ammunition – 21 years or older

All customers must agree to Kimball Arms statements and terms before placing an order on this website. All orders are subject to our review and approval.

Customer Expressly Affirms:

  • I am currently twenty-one (21) years old or older for handgun ammunition and eighteen (18) years old for rifle ammunition
  • By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Kimball Arms is not violating any state or local law or ordinance
  • I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year
  • I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind
  • I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
  • I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind
  • I am currently not subject to any restraining order
  • I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind
  • I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
  • I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence

Other Shipping Restrictions

I understand that Kimball Arms does not ship outside the continental United States.

We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled.

Orders Cancelled by Customers

We are unable to cancel or make adjustments to orders once the order is placed.  In the event that your order ships, and you no longer want it, please refuse it, and we will issue a refund when it is returned.  We will refund you for the merchandise minus the return shipping charges.  The original shipping charge cannot be refunded.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

Orders Cancelled by Kimball Arms

Kimball Arms reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including, but not limited to situations where the customer has not abided by our Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event Kimball Arms is unable to ship your order in full we will ship the order that is available and issue a refund for the items that are unavailable.

Damaged Orders

If a package arrives damaged please refuse it back to us. If the package was delivered and you were unable to refuse the package at the time of delivery please do not open the package and take it to the shipping facility of that carrier and tell them you do not want the package. Once a package is opened we are no longer liable for any missing or damaged items. We cannot accept any returns of opened packages under any circumstances. 

Package Protection

  • Packages that are stolen or late 
    • Package tracking often changes with circumstances beyond our control or the control of the shipping company. 
    • Stolen packages should be reported to law enforcement so that a police report can be obtained

For safety reasons we do not accept returns.

Personal Information

Kimball Arms will never provide any customer personal information to any third party under any circumstance. We may contact you via email with Kimball Arms offers. If you do not want to be contacted by us via email you may decide to opt out of our email list at any time. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Kimball Arms product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kimball Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kimball Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you’ve made payments. If you had made payments for the product and your order is cancelled, Kimball Arms shall issue a credit to your choosen method of payment in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Kimball Arms without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Kimball Arms may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Kimball Arms.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Use of Site
